This is not the five-star Shangri-La you think it is. Nor is this a nice budget-hotel. It is a scam. We booked online at the very affordable price, then it took us 30 minutes to find the place. Phone number was out of order. All the pictures are untrue, it is a small place in the back of an alleyway. Very seedy. We arrived without saying we had a booking to see the room, and the host wouldn't even show us a room. When we said we had reservations, he told us that the address and name of the hotel is right, but they don't honor online bookings. I had to call our online reservation company and cancel the booking, which was a hassle. All in all, they try to get travelers to book online by faking the name of the big hotel and using pictures from the big hotel, but if you arrive at the addess, you will find you've been ripped off.

Very poor service for a 5-star hotel. Staff was impolite, snobby and lack behavioral skills. We were a family of 8 people and had planned to stay there for 5 nights. The hotel made our stay so hard to live that we had to check out after 4th night and book another hotel just for one night so that we can have at least one peaceful night. The hotel totally ruined our family time. Would NOT recommend it at all. Would have given it negative ratings if there was an option.

The hotel is nice and I think they have employeed specially abled people too. The look and feel of the hotel is quite beautiful. Security is good and hotel is located in the heart of Delhi but at times google maps shows the hotel shangrila as located in Patpargunj. This should be fixed.

We booked this room for 246 INR by goibigo app, room have tv mirror washroom 1 charging pin at reach of bed, free wifi which is giving more than 5mbps speed, 1 km from Rk asram marg blue line metro station, good for stay

It's a awesome place to stay. Fully accommodate for family, friends and service is olso a point that you should stay here rather than some chip place. Value for money

Its the worst hotel with worst mangement. The mangers themselves dont know who they are and woukd ask custors if they know them as if these salary paid staff are some sort of scientist who have done some useful for the society.

Location is good. Food and complimentary breakfast is not good enough. Rooms are not clean enough. Bedsheet and blanket was stinking. Better options available in this price.
